Specially with the pandemic, it’s no hard feat to look around you and see somebody feeling down. This simple yet powerful phrase helped push me forward and encourage me despite the initial disbelief in myself. You can say the same to your employees, friends, or family. Look for opportunities when they’re doubting themselves. Lend some belief and lift them up.
