Maintain Momentum

I should know better. Are you practicing THIS Vertical Lesson?

In this pandemic landscape where all our lives are taking place right now, it’s easy to fall in a rut where you feel stuck and unmotivated. This is especially true if you are looking at yourself through the lens of questions like, “Do I feel as good as I want to be?” or “Am I where I want to be in my business right now as far as serving the number of people I’m used to serving and engaging?”

As you can imagine, my answer to pretty much every one of these questions was a NO.

Then, I shifted perspective. I realized I was asking the wrong questions. When I started asking the right questions, I started building momentum and subsequently feeling better.

In this short 4 minute video, I talk about the RIGHT questions I finally started asking myself and how these helped me shift my mind and keep me heading in the right direction.

I hope this helps you reach your next summit. Keep climbing! We’re on belay for you.

  1. Manley,
Your last video, which I think the title is “I should know better. Are you practicing THIS Vertical Lesson?” really resonated with me. In perspective, I feel much better today than 1 year ago!
    Thanks!
